ago, I started drawing my thoughts as an person struggling with generalized anxiety, panic attacks and depression.
I started these drawings because I'm really bad at explaining what's inside my head, and explaining by drawing has always been a lot easier for me.

Oh good grief! I hate it when people say "it's all in your head". First of all you don't know shit about what I'm feeling or what truly goes on with me so you have no right to say that. Second, no shit it's in my head! That's where the brain is! So that's where mental illness resides.

This bothered me when I was young. Having dealt with more and more death as I get older this thought has turned into, "I really hope I don't outlive everybody I know."
